Most of our stock is not located in our possession, most items are located at supplier’s warehouses. When purchasing you have the option to include freight in your invoice or collect from our Melbourne based office. Local pickup may occur a small charge, however most of our suppliers delivery to us free of charge.


We supply and deliver to all of Australia.


Natural disasters (bushfires, floods etc) may impact delivery. As stock is located throughout different states and owned by different companies, public holidays which are not a part of your state may impact freight times.


Please ensure all goods are accurate to your order’s specification before signing for the delivery. Delta Commercial Kitchen Equipment is not responsible if the goods have been signed for. Refuse the delivery and call our Melbourne office during business hours on (03) 8774 3201 promptly.


Delta Commercial Kitchen Equipment will accept a return for a number of reasons:

• Item is not as described. Ie, incorrect item in the packaging
• On a case-by-case basis a refund may be issued for incorrect item sent. Typically however it needs to be indistinguishable from the packaging and shipping documentation that its the wrong item sent.
• The information regarding the item on our website or current advertising material was not accurate.
• Item is defective and unable to be repaired. In the unlikely event of a product being faulty please get in touch with us either by our contact form (see the menu bar) or call us. Describe the issue and we will get the appropriate certified tradesmen to your business to repair it promptly. In the event that the item cannot be repaired to the expected state we will issue a full refund.


All product warranty timeframes are on a product-by-product basis. Some items state their warranty time on their respected product page. If not please don’t hesitate to make an enquiry about it either by e-mail or phone.


When making a warranty claim please have your proof of purchase ready. We have copies of each receipt and invoice however in the unlikely event due to technical errors on our end it’s beneficial to you to have proof of purchase. Legally we do not need to provide the proof of purchase but we will do all we can to provide it when possible.


Delta Commercial Kitchen Equipment stores all information submitted to us, either by our contact us page or by orders made online. Your information is never used by us outside the intended scope. Ie, information submitted to us for help will only be used for help. When information is submitted to us for a delivery that information is shared with the supplier and freight company to ensure the correct product(s) are sent to the correct entity. Each 3rd party we operate with has their own privacy policies and will be up to their discretion how your information is handled when carried over for orders.
